Defensive Pistol - Level 1

Location: Gallant, Alabama 

This 1-day class covers the basics of handgun safety, marksmanship fundamentals, legal, moral and ethical issues, and how to develop a winning mindset. Taught by an active duty law enforcement officer and firearms instructor, with one-on-one instruction during range live fire. If you are new to carrying a handgun for defensive purposes, then this is the perfect class for you.

GEAR REQUIREMENTS:

• Good quality, safe handgun
• Good quality, safe holster
• 100 Rounds of ammunition
• Sturdy footwear (no sandals, crocs, flip-flops, etc.)
• Eye and ear protection
• Hat or ball cap
• Long pants and clothing appropriate for the weather (Outside portion of the class will take place rain or shine)
• Water bottles, Nalgene, or camelback style hydration 
• Insect repellent and sun screen (if needed)
