Our Standards

HOW WE CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS

   INTEGRITY

We loathe dishonesty and choose to operate our business the way we’d like others to operate theirs: with honesty, transparency and integrity. You’ll always know what to expect and what you’re getting with Randall’s Adventure & Training.

   DEDICATION

We teach to a standard without compromise. Randall’s Adventure & Training is not a “rubber stamp” school, instead we focus our curriculum on quality, not quantity. To receive a certificate for a technical class, the student must demonstrate proficiency with the skill.

   PASSION

Our instructors have a true passion for their craft, instilled in them by years of “boots on the ground” experience and honing their skillsets in real world conditions. At Randall’s Adventure & Training, continuing education is a way of life.

   MUTUAL RESPECT

We welcome all students with a desire to learn. Any student willing to give us their best effort will always receive ours in return. We encourage our students to always seek out new training venues, instructors and experiences, and to always further their training education.

About Randall's Adventure

TRANSEQUATORIAL SOLUTIONS, INC.® (RANDALL’S ADVENTURE & TRAINING® / ESEE® KNIVES)

ADVENTURERS •  EXPLORERS •  RESCUERS •  KNIFE GUYS

The RAT/ESEE team averages over 100 days in the field each year. Whether it's hiking a mountain peak in Colorado, canyoneering in the red rock country of Utah, teaching survival in the Amazon jungle of Peru, instructing technical rescue courses in austere environments, or hiking and caving in the remote areas of the Southeast, the team is always designing, prototyping and testing new gear and techniques for the extremes of the modern day adventurist.

The ESEE team are also members of a non-profit SAR organization named after their training company.  RAT-SAR is a private, non-profit 501(c)3, non-government, specialized search, rescue, and training organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Alabama. RAT-SAR is founded on the principle of self-sufficient, mobile teams trained to operate in remote wilderness, high angle, natural subterranean, flood / swiftwater, and other austere environments. RAT-SAR provides free training to verified search and rescue members, as well as volunteering in the Southeast on search and rescue missions. Learn more about RAT-SAR, it's mission, and the members by visiting the RAT-SAR website.
